Cycling Community

We love to cycle

With its accessible pathways and dedicated Cycling Hub, MediaCityUK welcomes cyclists with open arms. The heart of the biking community can be found in around the Cycling Hub in between ITV, The University of Salford and The Greenhouse.

Love Conquers All

Situated adjacent to the Cycling Hub, Love Conquers All (LCA) is MediaCityUK’s bicycle themed café that pays homage to pedal power. Housed in a former shipping container the team at this quirky watering hole greets cyclists with a warm welcome and is the perfect spot to re-hydrate and re-fuel on toasties and home-made soup after a bike to work. Opens from 9am until 10pm.

Bike Hire

For visitors, residents or employees who don’t own a bike but fancy a ride out, whether it’s for business or leisure, then LCA’s bike hire is a great way ‘to try before you buy’. City bikes are to hire on a first come first served basis. Just ask a member of the team at LCA.

For longer term hire of the bikes please enquire within LCA.

Cherish your bike

If your bike is in need of some tender loving care then RevolveMCR is on hand to take care of anything from punctures to buckled wheels.

Based at LCA every Tuesday, RevolveMCR’s Cytech qualified mechanics provide an ad hoc repairs service and will carry out a basic service for £39. Simply drop off your bike first thing and it will be ready for collection by the end of the day.

For more information and to book call 07939 062 600 or drop-in to LCA and speak to a member of staff.
